Siberian Electrical Company (SIELCO) was founded at the end of 1998 as an
enterprise, the main activity of which is adoption of energy-saving
technologies. The company was founded with the purpose of development and
promotion of new technologies in different fields of technical and engineering
activity. Frequency invertors for asynchronous motors, microcontrollers, infrared
long-wave and inductive heaters, soft starters of asynchronous motors, motor-reductors
– all that helps to solve the energy-saving problem.
The most critical power-deficit in the country and the course of the Government
to save energy made the managers of the company SIELCO concentrate our attention
on the problems of the conventional heating. Tremendous expenses on laying and
maintenance of district heating plants, huge heat loss while delivering heat
from its source to the consumer, high accident rate of the current heating
system, which threaten to be defrosted at the height of the heating season,
inertia of control of the temperature conditions inside the buildings, finally,
use of such ineffective heat carrier like air – made us seek for a fundamentally
new way of the heating technology.
SIELCO is
known in Russia as a developer and distributor of power-saving electric heating
systems on the base of heaters, acting on the analogy of Sun, fire, fireplace –
transferring heat directly from the source to objects. Wide circle of customers
know these developments as “Energy-saving technology of heating “EcoLine”.
Scientific and technical potential of the workers of SIELCO gives the
possibility to solve any, including non standard problems, based on the latest
achievements of science and technology. Shifters and microcontrollers of
MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC that allow to solve problems, which used to seem unsolvable,
play the important part for solving different tasks of automation and power
saving.
Well-qualified specialists of SIELCO carry out fine precision calculations.
Preparation and experience of SIELCO mounters allow to install and to repair the
automation system quickly and qualitatively without disturbance of the working
cycle on the site of the customer.

after-sales service. During the activity period our company installed frequency
shifters on the enterprises of Angarsk, Irkutsk, Baikalsk.
